About our service
Pristine Clean Co. refers customers to highly vetted, independent house cleaners in the area. Pristine Clean Co. is not the employer of the house cleaner referred to you.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change if the size, condition or requested scope of the home differs from what was described. Any changes will be discussed before work begins.
Scheduling, rescheduling and cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a visit. Recurring service has no long-term contract and can be paused or changed at any time with notice.
Access and safety
You agree to provide safe access to your home at the scheduled time. Please secure valuables and let us know about pets, alarm systems or areas that should not be cleaned.
Satisfaction guarantee
If something was missed, contact us within 24 hours of your clean and we will arrange to return and address the missed areas at no extra cost.
Promotions
Introductory offers, such as $50 off your first clean, apply to new clients only, cannot be combined with other offers, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pristine Clean Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service.
